Born in New York City, Susan would spend her summers in the Hamptons with her family, which created a lifelong love for the area. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Susan had an extensive financing background, working on Wall Street. Her real estate career began in 1987 after she moved to the Hamptons when Allan Schneider recruited her to be an agent where she established a thriving real estate career. Through hard work and determination, she has received many awards and recognitions within the industry, including #1 Hamptons Broker for nearly every consecutive year, President’s circle and many others. She is also the only Hamptons broker that has ranked in the Top 5 Nationwide by WSJ multiple times and has conducted over $5.5 billion in sales–more than any other Hamptons broker.

As the East End’s premier agent, Susan is known for working with a number of high-profile clients, including celebrities, international buyers, investors and heads of industry. She also works with many estate attorneys as their exclusive agent. Because of her industry expertise and her unparalleled client-centric approach, Susan has built a sustainable business, selling a notable 75% of her listings, largely through referrals and repeat clients. Susan specializes in working with high-end buyers and sellers as well as first time home buyers throughout the Hamptons, from Westhampton to Montauk. 

In addition to her noteworthy real estate career, Susan is a highly active member of the community and an advocate for a number of causes, including Meals on Wheels, East End Hospice, and many other groups as a supporter and committee member. She is also married to her wonderful husband who is also in the field and has a high-end custom construction company. Susan is the proud mother of 5 children and many grandchildren. One of her greatest joys is hosting her large, extended family for the holidays. When she isn’t matching clients to their dream homes in the Hamptons, you can find Susan spending quality time with her family, playing tennis, spending time on the beach, boating, watching the sunset over the Peconic and visiting New York City. Susan and her husband also love to travel, so you will find them on their boat in Miami, Palm Beach, the Bahamas or with friends in the Caribbean!
